Antonina Shevchenko is a Kyrgyzstani and Peruvian Muay Thai fighter as well as mixed martial artist competing in the flyweight division in the UFC. She is the younger sister of her fellow UFC fighter and former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko started her combat sports journey with a Muay Thai kickboxer. She later defeated Valerie Domergue, at Phoenix FC 4, in an unanimous vote. In 2018, she resigned from the competition and began competing in Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina made use of her formidable strike techniques to TKO Nievera in the clinch via knees to the body.
