Claire Elise Bocher,/bu:'SeI/boo:SHAY born on 17 March 1988. Her stage name is Grimes. Initial work is classified as "lo-fi R&B to futuristic dance-pop",[4] with influences from electronic, hip-hop, and rock. She often uses science fiction as well as feminist themes in the lyrics. Five albums have come out. Born and raised in Vancouver (later moving from there to Montreal), Grimes began publishing music during the latter half of 2000, releasing two albums, Geidi Primes as well as Halfaxa which were released in 2010, with Arbutus Records. Following her joining 4AD, she rose in the charts thanks to Visions which is her third studio album. Visions features the singles "Genesis," and "Oblivion". It was also awarded the Juno Award of the Canadian Music Industry for Electronic Album of the Years. The fourth album of her studio Art Angels was released in the year 2015. The album received high marks by critics and a variety of publications voted it the best album of the year. Miss Anthropocene was her fifth studio album. In addition to music, Grimes had a voice part in the action role-playing video game Cyberpunk 2077 and is a judge for the music competition game program Alter Ego. Georges Georges Grimes
